Creating a "Manager Order" in B2BHub

Store Managers, Area Managers and Franchise Managers are able to place "Manager Orders" for larger quantities of items that are not assigned to an individual and does not use their uniform allowance/allocation.

Note: Manager Orders are typically used for events or additional uniforms to have on-hand in store.

The ordering process is the same as if you were processing the order as an individual. To convert the order into a Managers Order, follow this process:

  1. Go to Shopping Cart and confirm all items
  2. Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button
  3. On the Checkout page, select "Purchase with a PO number" under Order Preferences. Ensure you deselect other options to avoid the order being assigned to your personal allowance/allocation.
  4. Enter your Purchase Order number
  5. Select the "Next" button
  6. Confirm your payment method. Depending on how your company's B2BHub is configured you may be able to pay for your order by Account or Credit Card.
  7. Select "Place Order" button.
