Changing your B2BHub password

If you are logged into B2BHub and wish to change your password, you can easily do this from within the system.

If you have forgotten your password, read our "Setting up Your B2BHub Password" article.

To change your password inside B2BHub, follow these steps:

  1. Go to "My Account" in top menu and click on the Change Password link under "Account Information". You can also access this directly from "Edit Account Information" in the side menu.
  2. Click the checkbox to access the Edit Password information.
  3. Enter your current and new password.
  4. Confirm your new password. 
  5. Click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page.
  6. You will receive a notification to confirm your password is changed.

 

IMPORTANT: Please note that if your company uses Single Sign On (SSO) to access the B2B portal, these instructions may not be relevant. Please contact your manager directly if you use SSO and are having trouble accessing the B2B portal.
