Retrieving your new B2B password
If you are setting up your password for the first time, or have forgotten your password and need help resetting it, here's how to do it.
To access your B2BHub login page, enter your client domain – [companyname].uniform.com.au (eg. www.optus.uniform.com.au)
Alternatively you can login at www.b2b.uniform.com.au.
Click on the "Retrieve Password" link
Note: Your login screen may look different if you are using a customised client account.
Enter your email address. Your login email is typically your work email. If you do not have a work email, enter your personal email that is linked to your B2BHub account.
Confirm that you are not a robot and click the "Retrieve My Password" button.
Check your inbox for a password reset email. Click on the "Set a New Password" button in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
Once you have successfully reset your password, you will be sent a confirmation email. Simply log in again and start ordering!
IMPORTANT: Please note that if your company uses Single Sign On (SSO) to access the B2B portal, these instructions may not be relevant. Please contact your manager directly if you use SSO and are having trouble accessing the B2B portal.
