# Resizing Images for Returns

When processing a return images need to be smaller than 2mb. Photos taken on mobile are often larger than this and need to be resized before uploading with your returns request.

You can reduce photo file size by taking a screenshot of the photo (on your phone or computer) and uploading the screenshot.
