How to view and track your order

Once you order in B2BHub, the system will display the status of the order – keeping you informed of your order all the way to your store or office.

All orders processed under your Employee Number will be saved in the Admin centre of your account.

  1. Click on "Admin" in the main menu and select "Track Orders". All your previous orders will appear as a list on the page.
  2. Scroll down to find the order you are looking for. All orders are tracked with the order number, date, and total order value.
  3. Click on the bar to expand it and see the order details.

From here you can:

  • check the status of your order
  • access tracking information, including your order's ETD (Estimated Date of Dispatch)
  • filter the order details to narrow down by date range
  • download a sales order
  • confirm the delivery address
  • process returns

To access your tracking details, click on the order to expand the detail.

You can view your order's ETD (Estimated Date of Dispatch) here, so you'll know when your order is due to start the journey on its way to you. 

 

If the tracking information is available for that order, a link will appear under "Tracking Information".

To view the contents of an order, click on the "View Order" button. From this page, you can also print the order summary. All details of the order are contained on this page, including the name, date and shipping/billing address of the order, how it was paid form, shipping method,  as well as all products and prices included in that order.

You can only process a return once the order has been completed and delivered.


All orders will be delivered to the nominated shipping address and packaged according to the order placed. The package will come individually wrapped and addressed personally to the customers/staff member.

Order tracking status explained

Here are definitions of the various status options that may display against a current or previous order.

PROCESSING – The order has been submitted and is being processed by the warehouse. Check back again later.

PENDING APPROVAL – The order submitted requires approval by a Manager and is currently awaiting approval. The Manager may choose to accept or reject the order. If rejected, the order will change to display a "rejected" status.

REJECTED – This order has been rejected by your manager. For more information on rejected orders, contact your Manager.

COMPLETED – The order has been processed and marked as completed in the system. Your order has been dispatched from the warehouse and is on its way to you. Check the tracking information for more details. Returns can only be processed once the order displays the "completed" status.
