Issues Logging into B2BHub

Having trouble logging into to B2BHub, or resetting your password?

Having trouble logging into B2BHub? First let's diagnose what might be happening.

 

Please note that if your company uses Single Sign On (SSO) to access the B2B portal, these instructions may not be relevant. Please contact your manager directly if you use SSO and are having trouble accessing the B2B portal. 

Login issues usually occur because of three reasons:
1. Your account hasn't been set up yet. Check with your line manager to confirm.
2. You are not using the email address registered with your account to login. Usually this will be your work email. If you do not have a work email, enter your personal email that is linked to your B2BHub account.
3. You haven't reset your password correctly.

Let's look at how to reset your password.

Go to the B2BHub login page – www.b2b.uniform.com.au. Your login screen may look different if you are using a customised client account.

Click on the "Retrieve Password" link.

Enter your email address. This is typically your work email. If you do not have a work email, enter your personal email that is linked to your B2BHub account.

Confirm that you are not a robot and click the "Retrieve My Password" button.

Check your inbox for a password reset email. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.

Click on the "Set a New Password" button in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password.

Once you have successfully reset your password, you will be sent a confirmation email.

Simply login again, and start ordering.
