Requesting special uniform items

Your uniform program may include special items, such as maternity garments or religious garments (ie. hijab) or sizes that are outside the size range offered by the uniform supplier.

Important: Not all companies allow for maternity items or religious garments in their Uniform Program. Check with your Manager or consult your company's Uniform Policy.

How to request special uniform items

  1. Log onto your portal
  2. Go to Admin > My Allocations (or Admin > My Allowance)
  3. Fill out the "Request an Increase" form.
  4. This allocation increase request will then be processed by your Manager or Head Office.
  5. Once approved you will receive an email confirming that your allocation has been increased.
  6. You will then be able to order from the range of special uniform items, if relevant. If ordering maternity items, we suggest ordering sizes that will accomodate the different stages of your pregnancy.

Note: Depending on how your company's portal is configured, your uniform range will be operating with either Allocations or Allowances. Click here to understand more about how these work.
