Total Uniform Solutions is dedicated to providing quality products and services to our customers. Occasionally mistakes happen during the ordering, manufacturing or shipping process. We will happily arrange an exchange if your product(s) are faulty or do not match your order.
Incorrect Size Ordered
There are multiple ways you can ensure no issues with sizing - the garment or fit measurements are available for each product along with a how to measure video.
Please check your portal's individual Returns Policy in the Support section of your portal here for more details. If you can't see "Wrong Size Ordered" on a product's dropdown menu when submitting a returns request, you won't be able to return that product for a change of size.
Warranty Claims
Total Uniform Solutions is committed to supplying products that are fit for purpose and of a quality that will withstand an extended period of reasonable use and wear.
We ask that you pay close attention to the care instructions for each item which can be found on the relevant product page of you portal.
If you feel a product we supplied does not meet these standards, we ask that you complete a return request ensuring you attach a photo clearly showing the product defect.
We will assess the request based on duration of wear and if the care instructions have been followed in order to determine if the product is suitable for repair or replacement.

Before you submit an online return please ensure:
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Goods must be UNUSED and in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
- Goods must have no marks, makeup, the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or another scent.
- Customised/personalised items with custom embroidery/printing will NOT be accepted for refund/exchange.
- We do not accept any refund for a change of mind on any products ordered with Total Uniform Solutions.
