Understanding your order status

When an order is placed and goes into processing, the system will apply a status to the order so you always know which stage the order is up to. Here are definitions of the various status options that may display against a current or previous order.



PENDING APPROVAL

The order submitted requires approval by a Manager and is currently awaiting approval. The Manager may choose to accept or reject the order. If rejected, the order will change to display a "rejected" status. If approved, the order will change to display a "processing" status.

If your order is still "pending approval" and you wish to cancel or change your order, please speak to your manager or your uniform co-ordinator who is in charge of accepting or rejecting orders. When your order is rejected, it will cancel your order and replenish your allowance, so you can re-order correctly.

PROCESSING

The order has been submitted and is being processed by the warehouse. You are unable to make changes or cancel the order at this stage. Your order will soon move to a "completed"  status. If you have items that are on back order, this status will show if your order is partially dispatched. You will need to wait until your full order has arrived to make changes to this order, or submit a return. 

REJECTED

This order has been rejected by your manager. For more information on rejected orders, contact your Manager directly.

COMPLETED

The order has been processed and marked as completed in the system. Your order has been dispatched from the warehouse and is on its way to you. Check the tracking information for more details. Returns can only be processed once the order displays the "completed" status.



How do I view my order status?

Go to Admin > Track Orders to view all orders submitted through your account.  The status will appear on the far right of each order.
