Generating reports in B2BHub

Managers (and above) are able to generate and download reports, which include data captured from all associated users of lower roles.

The main reports available in the B2BHub online portal are:

1. Consumption Report
2. Stock Report
3. Unspent Allowance / Allocation Report

Consumption Report

To generate a Consumption Report, follow these steps:

1. Go to Admin > Consumption Report.
2. Select the To-From date range you wish to report on.
3. Select the Product Category (or default to "All").
4. Select the specific Product (or default to "All").
5. Select the User Role to refine your report data (or default to "All"). The roles that you are reporting on will appear in the box below the filter.
6. Click on the "View Report" button.
7. You can also Download the report as a .csv file.
   
   

Stock Reports

To generate a Stock Report, follow these steps:

1. Go to Admin > Stock Report.
2. Select the Product Category you wish to report on (or default to "All").
3. Click on the "View Report" button.
4. You can also Download the report as a .csv file.

Unspent Allowance / Allocation Report

To generate an Unspent Allowance / Allocation Report, follow these steps:

1. Go to Admin > Unspent Allowance / Allocation Report.
2. Select the User you want to report on (or default to "All")
3. Click on the "View Report" button.
4. You can also Download the report as a .csv file.
