All orders you place are saved, and always accessible in your B2BHub portal.
- Click on "Admin" in the main menu and select "Track my orders".
- Scroll down to find the order you are looking for. All orders are tracked with the order number, PO number (if relevant), order date and total order value.
- Click on the bar to expand it and click "View Order" to see the order details.
From this screen you can check the status of your order, access tracking information, filter the order details to narrow down by date range, process a return request, download a sales order and confirm the delivery address.
