How to Submit a Returns Request

Important: You must read and understand your company's Returns Policy before submitting the Returns Request form. You can locate this inside the Support section of your company B2BHub account.

 

  1. To return an item, go to My Account > Track Orders.
  2. Select the order the item requiring return was from to expand the order detail.
  3. Click on the "Process a Return Request" button.
  4. This will take you to a Return Request form. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  5. Enter the quantity you wish to return. For example, if you ordered 3 items, but only 1 requires returning, enter 1 in the quantity field.
  6. Select the reason for the return. Some items can only be returned if they're faulty or damaged. 
  7. Upload a photo of the item – demonstrating that you have adhered to the Returns Policy and providing a clear photo of the item you wish to return. Your photo must be under 2mb in size. (How to Resize Your Images For Returns)
  8. Read the Returns Policy carefully.
  9. Click the "Process Return Request" button.

You will receive a confirmation email that your return request has been received.

Note: If you can't see a Change of Size dropdown against the product you ordered, this is because your company has only authorised this product to be returnable if the item is faulty or not what was ordered. If the uniform/s you have ordered are not a good fit, please speak to your man
