Order delivery timeframes

I've placed my order - when will it arrive?

Production and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the agreement your company has with Total Uniform Solutions. Your order will be assigned an ETD (Estimated to Dispatch) date soon after it has been placed - but below are some factors that we take into consideration when assign this ETD.

Dispatch timeframes

For those companies who warehouse their uniforms under a contract with Total Uniform Solutions, orders are usually dispatched 24-72 hours from receipt of the order confirmation.

Backorder timeframes

If an item is on backorder, this may impact your order's delivery timeframe. You should be able to see the ETD (Estimated to Dispatch) date of your backorder on your portal under Admin > Track Orders. We aim to contact our customers proactively regarding backorders. We may contact your manager directly regarding your back order if we need to offer an alternative.

Production timeframes

If production is required to fulfil your order – for example to embroider a logo or produce a custom name badge – an appropriate amount of time is required to ensure the production and quality assurance is completed to a high quality before we can dispatch your order.

Order Approval Timelines

The time between when the order was placed and when it is approved by your manager may also vary. If your order's status has displayed as  "Pending Approval" for some time, please reach out to your manager.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery typically takes 1-3 days to metro areas in Australia. If you are in a rural or regional area, this may take up to 5 working days to reach you in extreme circumstances.
